Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources.
- Following up with the candidates and conducting ting initial round of interviews.
- Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds.
- Sending offer letters, and documentation, and conducting joining formalities.
- Build Data Bank for future vacancies.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Efficiently manage the organization structure and HR policies.
- Building reward and recognition processes.
- Ensuring employee support and employee welfare.
- Pay slip generation.
Other Responsibilities:
- Open employee salary accounts under our company corporate accounts.
- Work with a few vendors for some office materials
- Coordinate with other business bodies for official purposes.
- Banking-related a few businesses communications from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BBA ( HR ) / MBA ( HR )/ Graduate in any disciple
- Good Communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi languages.
- Must have expertise in Excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.
