Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •     Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources.
  •     Following up with the candidates and conducting ting initial round of interviews.
  •     Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds.
  •     Sending offer letters, and documentation, and conducting joining formalities.
  •     Build Data Bank for future vacancies.
  •     Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  •     Efficiently manage the organization structure and HR policies.
  •     Building reward and recognition processes.
  •     Ensuring employee support and employee welfare.
  •     Pay slip generation.

 

Other Responsibilities:

  •     Open employee salary accounts under our company corporate accounts.
  •     Work with a few vendors for some office materials
  •     Coordinate with other business bodies for official purposes.
  •     Banking-related a few businesses communications from time to time.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  •     BBA ( HR ) / MBA ( HR )/ Graduate in any disciple  
  •     Good Communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi languages.
  •     Must have expertise in Excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.
